How do I create an account?↓
Download the Oxinion app or visit oxinion.com and choose Sign Up. You can register with your email or sign in with Google.
How does a job work?↓
Browse open jobs by area, pay and date, then apply. If a business picks you, confirm within 12 hours or the job goes back on the market. Walk the area with the app open so the route records, submit your photos and count, and Oxinion reviews it.
When do I get paid?↓
Oxinion pays on Fridays. Work approved by the end of Wednesday, counted where the work was walked, is paid that Friday; anything later is paid the Friday after. The app shows the date against each approved job.
Is my location data private?↓
Your location is recorded while you are walking a job, because the route is the proof that the work was done. That trail is shown to the business that hired you for that job. We do not sell your location to anyone. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?↓
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you no longer have the app, email info@oxinion.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it within 30 days.
Something went wrong on a job — who do I contact?↓
Email info@oxinion.com with the job and the date. Oxinion reviews submitted work, so if a round was rejected and you think that was wrong, that is the address to write to.
How do I use Oxinion for my business?↓
Visit oxinion.com and go to the Business section. You create a campaign, pick the areas you want covered, pay for each job, and distributors apply to walk them.
